2. What Data Do We Process and Why?

Through the website inquiry form, we process the following data:

  • Full name

  • E-mail address

  • Phone number

  • Content of the message/inquiry

These data are processed exclusively for communication purposes and handling your inquiry. They are not shared with third parties and are not used for marketing purposes.

2a. Additional Data Processed Outside the Website

In addition to form data, the Controller may also process personal data provided in other ways – in person, by phone, e-mail, or during a meeting.

  • for the fulfillment of legal obligations (e.g., retention of billing records under accounting law).

4. How Long Do We Keep Your Data?

We retain your data:

  • for the time necessary to handle communication and offers (max. 6 months),

  • or longer, if a contract is concluded and the data become part of accounting/tax documentation – typically retained for 10 years as per legal obligations.

After the retention period, the data are securely deleted or anonymized.

Under the GDPR, you have the following rights:

  • right of access to your data,

  • right to rectification of inaccurate or incomplete data,

  • right to erasure (“right to be forgotten”),

  • right to restriction of processing,

  • right to object to processing,

  • right to file a complaint with the supervisory authority (Czech Data Protection Authority – www.uoou.cz).

6. Who Has Access to Your Data?

Your personal data are not shared with any third parties. Access is granted only to the Controller and possibly to the technical website administrator, strictly to the extent necessary to operate the website (e.g., form backups).

Your data are protected using technical and organizational measures appropriate to the level of risk. Website communication is encrypted via secure connection (SSL/TLS).
